Request Use of School Facilities & Playfields
CVSD is pleased to be able to offer some school facilities for community use. Now, you can
review spaces, see availability calendars, and make a reservation request - all online!

This video highlights some of the spaces that may be available.
School activities, construction, and other factors may limit availability, but the listed facilities are generally available according to priorities established by the School Board.
The district usually does not charge nonprofit groups, unless extra custodial or utility services are required. If the use is for-profit, the district follows an established fee schedule. Custodial, service, and rental fees are outlined in the documents below.

3. Use Facilitron to request a school facility.
(Note: Click on "Enter Facility" to see all schools; Once on a school-specific page, click on "Enter Facility" again to see all available spaces. There you also have the option to search for the same space type at other schools should you need a new date or location.)
