Kindergarten Enrollment

Enrollment begins on March 3, 2025

Please closely review the enrollment guidelines below.

Guidelines for Enrollment:

  • Age. To enroll in kindergarten, your child must be five years old on or before August 31. Proof of age is required; we accept a variety of documents for verifying a student's age or legal name, including birth certificates, passports, adoption records, previously verified school records, or other documents permitted by law.
  • Be kindergarten-ready! Your child should already be learning the alphabet and have some knowledge of numbers.
  • Immunizations. Proof of current vaccines is required by the WA State Department of Health. Parents must provide a Certificate of Immunization Status form.
  • Residency. Due to limited classroom space, proof of residence is required at the time of registration, including mortgage papers (homeowners), a signed and dated lease agreement (renters), or a recent utility bill.  Your student may be transported to another school if classroom space is not available due to larger than expected enrollment. Students are enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Kindergartners must be fully potty trained.

Online enrollment is available here, or visit your boundary school for assistance.
