The CVSD Student and Family Engagement Center welcomes the support from our community partners, businesses, volunteers, and all of our staff - but we can't do it alone!

Items can be purchased directly from the Wish List and shipped to the Student and Family Engagement Center.
Donate Items
Select new or gently used items may be donated directly to the Student & Family Engagement Center. Please call or email ahead of time to be sure the items you have are ones we can accept. Contact us at 509-558-6557 or [email protected].
Contribute Financially
Financial contributions help our team in a variety of ways:
- Providing a funding source for our larger events such as the Back to School Resource Fair and Gifts of Hope at Christmas.
- Allowing our School Social Workers flexibility to purchase very specific items of need for families (example - the purchase of non-skid work shoes so that a parent could start a new job after being homeless for several months).
- Enabling a funding source to purchase hygiene items such as shampoo, laundry detergent, or diapers when other donation sources are low.
We have partnered with Partners INW (formerly Spokane Valley Partners) and Greater Good Northwest to oversee our financial donations. Both of these Non-Profits are constant supporters of the work we do here at the Student and Family Engagement Center.

Volunteer
We welcome volunteers to help with our big events, or event for occasional help re-stocking our food and clothing bank. All volunteers must have a current Volunteer Application on file with CVSD. Please start a new application or update an existing one to volunteer at our center. Approved Volunteer Applications are valid for two years.
