Student Surveys
Overall health and safety of our students is a top priority. To aid in this, CVSD participates in several surveys to help us gauge and track student well-being. Below, we have outlined the current surveys along with general information such as age groups, methods and frequency. Parents and guardians can opt-out students of some or all surveys. We hope this information helps you to make an informed choice for your family. Opt-out information is provided below.

A completely anonymous survey to gauge (state-wide) students' thoughts and behaviors on a variety of topics such as school climate, substance abuse, anxiety, healthy eating habits and activity level.

Panorama Student Survey | Grades 9-12 | 3 Times a Year | Online | A survey to help elevate the student voice for feedback on their school experience. This survey seeks to understand students' thoughts and opinions on school climate, academic needs as well as their social or emotional well-being, growth mindset and level of self-efficacy. |
