Highly Capable Program

Elementary School Highly Capable Program (HCP) Annual Teacher/Parent Referral Form Spring 2025
Referrals may be submitted for any grade 1-4 student. Submissions can be from teachers, support staff, parents, students, and/or members of the community. You may consider completing a referral for a child who demonstrates (or has capabilities of demonstrating) abilities significantly above their same-age peers.

If a student has already qualified for Highly Capable services in the past, there is no need to refer. Services continue from year to year.
